Terms: Cedar Creek accepts payments using Paypal, check or money order. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received.

NSF Checks: A $25 fee is charged to your account for each NSF or Stop Payment Check. Your account will change to money order only. We do not accept postdated checks.

Shipping: Orders will be shipped via UPS. Because we make our candles fresh please allow six to ten days for delivery. All orders under $16.00 will be shipped USPS.

Damages: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must keep the original carton and packing for inspection by UPS. Refund checks will be mailed accordingly.

Returns: You may return items to Cedar Creek for a refund or credit (minus shipping and handling), however, certain restrictions apply. They are:

*Returns must be approved by Cedar Creek within 10 days of receipt of purchase,

*There must NOT be any writing or other marks on the item or the package (it must be in its original condition),

*The merchandise must be in the original carton and packaged properly.
